Cognitian F.Z.E is incorporated in the Ajman Free Zone and operates exclusively with international clients. As a free zone establishment, all business activity is conducted outside the UAE domestic market — with clients, contractors, and delivery counterparties in the USA, United Kingdom, Europe, and other international jurisdictions. All revenue is received in USD, EUR, and GBP from overseas.

Founder background
Cognitian was founded to bring genuine senior technical and strategic expertise to international organisations — without the overhead of a large consultancy or the dilution of junior handoff. The founder has 35 years of operating experience across HPE, IBM, Rackspace Technology, PwC, and senior director roles in AI strategy and solutions engineering across four continents. He has founded businesses across South Africa, Switzerland, the UK, and the UAE.
